RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, the customer has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations. The exercise of this right may be made effective within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from receipt.

Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, the buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must not open the product, so that it remains fit for consumption.
In the event that the buyer has opened the product, this right of withdrawal will not apply according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of March 27 in its paragraph e).
Nor will this right of withdrawal be applicable to those goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, according to the Preferential Consumption Date according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of March 27 in its paragraph d).

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs without undue delay.

The refund of the amount of the purchase will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified and will be made through the same means of payment used for the payment of the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the Reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is MACTAN TRADING SL who manages the collection of the product. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing MACTAN TRADING SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

MACTAN TRADING SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Taking into account that the website sells services that have a lifespan of less than two years, which are those provided for by the regulations on consumers and users to deal with lack of conformity, these guarantees will be applied taking into account the nature of the goods marketed on the website or complete the information on terms and peculiarities of the guarantees with the following contained in Article 116 of the TRLGDCU (Conformity of the products with the contract):

"1. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements that are expressed below:
a) They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
c) Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product (...). "
