White wine vinegar flavored with laurel. Made with DO Ribeiro wines , it is made using traditional methods with careful respect for the natural processes of acetification.
With 6° acidity. Amber in color with golden reflections. Balanced on the nose, with aromatic intensity. The predominant acid notes combine elegantly with the floral notes. Mellow and pleasant, the spicy and bay aromas stand out.
Albarro XP I is especially indicated for salads that accompany fish and shellfish, and for the preparation of marinades and marinades.
