Arbocala 2017

They say that the legendary city of ARBOCALA was founded by the Celts and refounded by the Romans, who left behind one of their greatest treasures, viticulture and "Tinta de Toro".
To this day, such an affirmation cannot be corroborated, remaining as a kind of Atlantis or Lost City...

AROMAS: Aromas of ripe red fruit such as strawberry and cherry, floral notes still present, aromas typical of its passage through wood such as vanilla, coffee or coconut.
IN THE MOUTH: Its aging in American-French oak barrels gives it sweetness and a balanced structure with the fruit. Silky tannins that make its passage through the mouth long and pleasant.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of grapes from our vineyards in Valdefinjas. The malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank and then it spends about 10 months in French and American oak barrels.
HARVEST: The drought marked the 2017 harvest. The lack of water reduced production, although it made the quality of the grapes harvested exceptional.
