How to use:

  • Marinate 1 kg of meat or fish in 150 ml of Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 3 hours (15 minutes for fish).
  • Prick the skewers and grill on the barbecue, turning them from time to time.
  • Alternatively, it can also be grilled, fried or baked.
