Burrito Fiestero

Coming from the mountainous state of Durango, mezcal is produced with passion and dedication by the local community, in harmony with the environment. Mezcal brings a new attitude and approach while preserving the heritage of this ancient spirit.

Burrito Fiestero is made from agave cenizo, endemic to the state of Durango. This agave or maguey takes 10-13 years to mature. It is carried and transported by a donkey through the mountains to begin the elaboration process. It is here that the Master Mezcalier uses traditional techniques to bring out the best possible flavors and aromas from our agaves. Burrito Fiestero has a light and elegant aroma of smoke, but it is the sweetness and its predominant floral notes that really define us. Burrito Fiestero leaves you with a great aftertaste and a long, clear finish with its unique flavor that you can enjoy with every sip.
