Verdel or Mackerel from the Cantabrian Sea fished with a hook and cooked at low temperature in its own juice. It is presented accompanied by a traditional marinade with its vegetables and spices.

The mackerel or mackerel wanders along the Cantabrian coast at the end of winter. Exquisite blue fish , full of roe and healthy fat from the sea. They are fished with a hook one by one by small boats and early risers that pick up at dawn and arrive at the port to sell this fish that Alalunga treats like a treasure.
